Habitats Regulation Assessment Project

 

What the project is:

 

The purpose of this project is to provide a framework and common evidence base that can used as the basis for each of the individual authorities within the PUSH area to carry out Habitat Regulation Assessment of their Development Plan Documents and Supplementary Planning Documents. This framework, detailed in a report, can be developed further when the Habitat Regulation Assessments of individual Local Development Documents are being carried out.  It will not have a formal status within the Local Development Framework system, but will inform the Habitat Regulation Assessments of Local Development Documents through endorsement by the constituent local authorities.
