Environment Agency and Natural England issue a joint statement seeking to clarify their roles in managing protected sites

The Environment Agency and Natural England have issued the following joint statement in response to pressure from PfSH, that they clarify their responsibilities for managing the requirement that the impact of new housing development on protected sites is ‘nutrient neutral’.
